该机主要由给袋式全自动包装机与双螺杆组合称重而成，可适应粉剂物料100-1000或500-2500或1000-5000克的高精度称重包装，精度高。该设备能快速更换包装袋规格，夹袋爪装置的宽度可通过触摸屛输入袋宽自动快捷调整。机器标配检测装置，可以检测机器在没有包装物或包装袋没有打开的情况下使充填装置不进行充填，热封装置不封口，从而避免浪费包材和原料。


This machine is mainly composed of a bag-type automatic packaging machine and a twin-screw combination weighingmachine. lt can be used for high-precision weighing and packaging of powder materials of 100-1000 or 500-2500 or 1000-5000 grams, with high accuracy. The device can quickly change the specification of the packaging bag, and the width of thebag clamping claw device can be automatically and quickly adjusted by inputting the bag width through the touch screen.The machine is equipped with a standard detection device, which can detect that the filling device will not be filled and theheat sealing device will not be sealed when the machine has no packaging or the packaging bag is not opened, so as toavoid waste of packaging materials and raw materials.


工作流程图Work flow chart


1、人工将袋子喷好码(或者机器色带打码)，放入袋仓(袋仓调节为手动调节)，并测量袋宽，通过触摸屏输入袋宽，设备自动调节夹袋爪的宽度。
2、第一工位，自动吸袋并送入转盘夹袋爪。
3、第二工位，色带打码。
4、第三工位，自动开袋(上下同时开袋且上面吹气辅助开袋)
5、第四工位，伺服螺杆下料进行粗灌装，灌装位置安装除尘口，吸走灌装产生的粉尘。
6、第五工位，取袋称重，并将称量数据反馈给PLC,自动计算好下一工位补料克数;此工位同样有除尘机构，以使吸走袋口飘散出来的粉尘。
7、第六工位，根据上一工位的称量数据，小剂量补充物料，同样采用伺服螺杆灌装，安装除尘口吸走灌装产生的粉尘。
8、第七工位，拉平袋口，进入热封封口位置，封口之前先排气再封口。
